V-Green provides a variety of charging solutions to meet the needs of customers in the most convenient way.
Customers using V-Green public charging stations can make payments directly at VinFast Showrooms/Distributors or online via the VinFast App, following the payment schedule below:
Customers are required to pay all charging fees and additional service fees for public EV charging sessions on a monthly basis, no later than the 14th of the following month for all fees incurred in the previous month, to avoid charging restrictions at V-Green public stations.

V-Green does not set a specific parking duration at public charging stations. However, to promote courteous charging habits and ensure convenient access for all users, customers who remain parked for more than 10 minutes after the charging session is completed will incur an additional service fee.
This policy does not apply to e-scooter charging or AC car chargers. Customers are encouraged to take note to avoid unnecessary extra charges.
Customers can search for charging stations on the vehicle's central control screen (MHU), VinFast application and VinFast Website - https://vinfastauto.com.
- On the MHU screen on the vehicle:
+ Step 1: Touch "Search".
+ Step 2: Click to select the charging station POI.
+ Step 3: The list of charging stations is displayed, click to select the appropriate station.
+ Step 4: Information and locations of available VinFast charging stations appear.
+ Step 5: Click to display routes.
+ Step 6: Touch to navigate and move according to the instructions.
- On the VinFast application:
+ Step 1: Log in to the VinFast application, click on the "Map" icon.
+ Step 2: Select the "Charging station" icon, the application will list available stations close to the customer's vehicle.
+ Step 3: Customers choose the charging station with the closest and most suitable space.
+ Step 4: Customers click to select the charging station to see information about the number of charging stations, free or paid parking information, distance, access time and use the directions feature if needed.

+ Step 1: Access the VinFast Website and select the 3-striped bar icon on the right side of the screen.
+ Step 2: Click "Find Showroom & Charging Station".
+ Step 3: Select the type of "Electric car charging station", then select the area of the Province/City and District/County that the Customer wants to search.
+ Step 4: Select the charging station the Customer wants to go to and click the "Directions" icon to lead the way to the station.
- Green LED: Charger is available, ready to charge.
- Blue LED: Charger is in use.
- Red LED or no light: Charger is not available.
Currently, the battery charging service at the V-Green charging station system only applies to customers using VinFast electric vehicles.
Therefore, electric vehicles of other brands will not be able to use the charging service at V-Green stations.
Customers can pay for electric car charging bills in the following ways:
1. Pay directly at VinFast Service Points using payment methods accepted by the service points.
2. Pay online via the VinFast app. Steps to pay for charging fees online via the VinFast app are as follows:
Step 1: Log in to the app, select the “VinFast ID” icon in the top left corner.
Step 2: Select “List of bills”.
Step 3: Select “Unpaid bills” then select “Pay all”.
Step 4: Select a payment account, then click “Confirm”.
Step 5: Enter the password of the VinFast app.
Step 6: Enter the corresponding OTP/security code of the Bank.
Step 7: Receive a notification message after successful payment.
The additional incurred service fee rates at V-Green charging stations are as follows, applied from January 2026:
(*) The maximum additional incurred service fee per session shall not exceed IDR Rp. 600.000.
Example:
If a VinFast electric car completes its charging session at 7:00 and the customer unplugs at 7:20, no additional service fee will be charged between 7:00 and 7:10 (10-minute grace period). From 7:11 to 7:20, an additional service fee for 10 minutes will be applied.
Customers are advised to unplug and move their vehicles promptly to avoid unnecessary additional charges.
In case additional incurred service fees apply, customers are required to settle the total outstanding amount on a postpaid basis by the 14th of the following month to avoid being restricted from using V-Green charging stations.
