Announcement: Regarding Payment Policy, effective from 20^th April 2026

Effective April 20^th, 2026, VGreen INDONESIA announces the following to our valued customers: 

1. To ensure the most effective service experience, all payments must be settled upon the next service use:

• If the customer has not paid, service will be suspended until payment is completed.

2. Payments include:

• Charging fee per charge.
• Additional station usage fee (“idle fee”): Charged when the vehicle stays connected after charging is complete and exceeds the allowed grace period.

3. This policy applies to all applicable fees as outlined in the terms previously communicated to customers.
